Registration Fees
SPL2012 offers different registration fees to give everyone the opportunity to participate in the event. Professors, researchers, professionals as well as full-time students are encouraged to register for SPL2012. All attendees will have free access to tutorials that will be held the one day previous the conference as long as they register for them.
Only credit card is available as payment method (see below for details). On-site payment will be possible only in cash.
All authors must complete the registration process by February 13, 2012; otherwise, the paper will not be included in the proceedings. For each paper accepted to SPL2012, a registration is required.
- A FULL registration covers either one Conference full paper or Designer Forum short paper. Besides, a FULL registration includes: Tutorials, Welcome Reception, Technical Sessions, Coffee Breaks, Gala Dinner, Conference Electronic and Printed Proceedings, and Designer Forum Electronic Proceedings (All Conference papers will be published in the IEEE Xplore digital library).
- A LIMITED registration covers one Designer Forum short paper. Besides, a LIMITED registration includes: Tutorials, Welcome Reception, Technical Sessions, Coffee Breaks, Gala Dinner, Conference and Designer Forum Electronic Proceedings.
- A STUDENT registration covers one Designer Forum short paper. Besides, a STUDENT registration includes: Tutorials, Welcome Reception, Technical Sessions, Coffee Breaks, Conference and Designer Forum Electronic Proceedings. Only Full-time students qualify for this fee (i.e., studdents that carry at least 50% of a normal full-time academic program as a registered undergraduate or graduate student in a regular course).

Fees are expressed in US dollars (USD). Note that IEEE/SBC/SBMicro members have a discount as presented bellow. A valid copy of the membership will be required when registering at the conference.
Finally, it is possible to get published a paper with up to two (2) additional pages with the extra pages fee. Gala Dinner tickets are also available for an extra fee, as well as a lunch package that includes lunch meals for the four days of the event.

Payment
Registration payments are handled on SBMicro so we have a record of who registered and who has not. Only credit card payment is accepted online and confirmation will be done up to two business days. On site payment will be accepted only in cash.
