SPL 2009 Registration information

Please note that a Regular Registration to the conference is required for each paper accepted to SPL 2009. However, it is possible for a regular registration to cover two papers with the extra paper fee. For authors, the registration should be completed by January 26th. On the contrary the paper will not be included in the conference proceedings.

IEEE members will have a discount of 40 euros in the SPL registration and 30 euros in the Designer Forum registration, please present a copy of the membership when registering

(1) The regular registration fee includes admission to all technical sessions, coffee breaks, a copy of the conference proceedings, and one gala dinner ticket. A regular registration covers a single paper. Presenting two papers with one registration is allowed, with an extra charge of 100 euros added to the Regular fee.

(2) Designer Forum registration fee includes admission to all technical sessions, coffee breaks, a copy of the Designer Forum proceedings, and one gala dinner ticket. A Designer Forum registration covers a single paper. Presenting two papers with one registration is allowed, with an extra charge of 100 euros added to the fee.

(3) In order to encourage the participation in the Conference of people working and studying in latinamerican universities, a limited number of grants and reduced registration fees will be financed by the conference organizers and sponsors. Each attendee must register separately.

Latin American Student and IEEE members status status will be verified when registering.

Terms and Conditions

Conference participation is nominal and may not be shared. Substitution of conference participation is permitted, provided the organisers have been informed by Fax, mail or email before March 1st, 2009.

The organisers reserve the right to modify the conference programme, speakers, or timing without prior notice and cannot be held liable for any such changes.
